The LETTERS

Waiting in the mailbox when we got home from our weekend in Vancouver were these....

yep, the LETTERS. That would be the teacher letters, letting the kids know who they got for teachers. The excitement and anticipation is palpable.
Will opened his first. This is his letter:

Anybody else's letter look like this one? He is so excited! Since this was also Sam's teacher last year it was who he wanted. He feels like he kind of knows her ya know?
Sam was still on his way home with Grandpa and Grandma so Mitch called him. He wanted Mitch to open it rather than wait for him to get home. He just couldn't wait...he had to KNOW! Here is his letter:

He too is very excited!

Now it's the finding out who is in your class that is so much fun.

Sydney already knew who her teacher is going to be but getting her own letter was still very exciting.

I can't believe they say 3rd, 4th and kindergarten at the tops of these letters though. It just doesn't seem right. Time flies! It's going to be a good year!
