Willem Garrett is 7 years old! So what did this sweet dear child of mine want for his 7th birthday? An apple tree and a Steve Largent jersey of course! What, isn't that what all 7 year olds want for their birthday? When Grandma asked him what he wanted about a month ago he immediately replied "apple tree". He has been talking about "if" he gets his apple tree ever since. So what did he get for his birthday?
Before school he got to open his Largent jersey and five Largent football cards, oh happy day. And at his party he opened the front door to find his last present. Yep, you guessed it...
...his very own honey crisp apple tree from Grandpa and Grandma! Overall I think he had a fantastic birthday. He loved all of his gifts and enjoyed his Milts pizza and Nana's homemade ice cream cake, a family favorite...pretty much everything he asked for for his 7th birthday. Now if only he would lose his first tooth, life would be really good...
