Happy New Year

New Year's Eve was laid back at our house. We stayed home, grilled cheeseburgers, watched a movie, ate popcorn, and played games. Sam, Will and Sydney were determined to ring in 2011. Sam decided to he was too tired and went to bed at 10:30. Lucy was clueless and went at her regular bedtime. Will and Sydney were in for the duration. No big surprise. Sam and Lucy are the best sleepers. If anyone is going to wake up or have a hard time falling asleep its either Will or Sydney. Although once asleep Sydney rarely wakes up, she's out, sleeps hard. Starting at 10:00 Sydney started talking non-stop. Whatever it takes to stay awake. She talked her daddy's ear near off. She did all of our hair. Will got a Mohawk. She decided she is going to be a hair cutter. She's a good styler you know. She kept us entertained. I've said it before but it is worth noting again. Sydney winds up when she is tired, not down, then she crashes hard. Will and Sydney just couldn't believe Sam was going to miss out on the cider at 12 bells.
