Canning Peaches

Mom and Dad came over to help can peaches. The girls really got into it. They both put on aprons and got busy. Just like everything else she does, Sydney took her job of peeling peaches very seriously. She was good though and fast.

Lucy heard Nana say something about giving the peaches a bath. All she heard was bath, climbed on Nana's lap and started dipping her hands in the water and rubbing them all over her head.

The final product....

BEAUTIFUL!

Mitch and I canned beans last week too, nothing compares to home canned peaches and beans. Takes us back to our childhood.

Looks like we are ready for the change of seasons.
